Ayurved and Yog is a Science of life. Brihat-trayi, Patanjali,
the Granthas, ancient scriptures have all answers on life. Life is well lived
if it is vibrating with well-being. A healthy mind, healthy body, and nourished
soul are essential to a complete well-being of a human existence.
Ayurved and Yog have Swasthvrutta, guidelines on
daily, timely, or seasonal habits by actions and thoughts that need to be
consciously chosen and ingrained in consciousness.
Swasthvritta for well-being are habits that are adopted or modulated with respect to Universe and
environment surrounding us. It is like taking on a Journey of a lifetime
towards holistic well being. Let’s begin our journey with receptive minds and
conscious choice for a life that is well-lived and well-taken care of with recognition
of wisdom embedded in Universe.
Lotus Life – Lotus is a flower majestically standing
tall among all, exuding essences of its own beauty and grace. Lotus drinks in
only essential component and pure water, although it is surrounded by all kinds
of matter. It stands radiating its own aura.
Well-being is achieved when this lotus-like habit is acquired
consciously. Well-being is choosing that which is beneficial to essential
healthy existence of life.
