  •       Take a fresh juicy leaf of Aloe vera or Ghrutkumari, slit horizontally in the middle.
  •          Take fenugreek seeds (~10 gm), embed them in the slit region of leaf as shown in image. Press slightly so the seeds are completely surrounded and submerged with aloe vera pulp.
  •      Keep in dry area for 24-30 hours.
  •            Next day see the little white root sprouts of methika seeds.
  •      Take out the sprouted seeds along with aloe vera pulp. Take some more fresh aloe pulp (~40 ml). Add lemon juice (~10 ml) or a big slice of lemon into the mixture. This mixture of sprouted methi seeds with aloe vera pulp and lemon juice is Kalka dravyas for Snehpak vidhi or oil preparation.
  •             Add Til/Sesame oil or (preferably) Coconut oil (~1 Litre).
  •         Heat on a slow flame, stir continuously so the kalka drayas don’t get burned.
  •         See the color of methi seeds and crackling sounds from the mixture as watery part gets evaporated.
  •         When crackling sounds stop, look carefully, as soon as the seed turn dark brown, take off from the flame.
  •             Let it cool, Filter oil.
